Terms of Service

1. Provider and acceptance

Saiki is operated by Genlabs Group SL, Tax ID B21641469, with registered address at Gran Via 1, 48001 Bilbao, Biscay, Spain. These terms apply to the website at saiki.lol and the application at app.saiki.lol.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Saiki.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age at which you can enter this contract or consent to the relevant data processing in your country, a parent or legal guardian must review and authorize your use where required by law. Saiki is not designed for assessing children and must not be used by a school, employer, clinician, parent, or other person to evaluate a minor.

3. What Saiki provides

Saiki provides a 100-item self-report questionnaire and a report across six HEXACO personality domains. The displayed self-report values are raw questionnaire means converted to a 0 to 100 display scale. They are not population percentiles.

If you enter a Riot ID and region, Saiki also uses selected Riot developer APIs to retrieve account, summoner, champion-mastery, and match data. It applies hand-set rules to selected match statistics and displays up to five experimental gameplay indicators beside the self-report values.

The gameplay indicators, concordance labels, Strategic Play panel, AI narrative, and indicator-history chart are experimental product features. They are not validated psychological scores, diagnoses, IQ measures, medical advice, or professional assessments. Agreement between values does not validate them, and divergence does not reveal a hidden or true personality.

4. Prohibited consequential use

You must not use Saiki results for hiring, promotion, education, insurance, credit, housing, legal proceedings, diagnosis, treatment, safeguarding, eligibility decisions, or any other decision with material consequences. You must not use another player's Riot ID to create a report about them without their informed participation.

5. Riot data and account lookup

The Riot ID lookup is not Riot Sign On. Saiki does not receive your Riot password or prove ownership of the Riot account. You must provide accurate identifiers and select only the profile you are entitled to use.

Riot may change its APIs, data, policies, or availability. That can limit, delay, or remove match-data features. Saiki will not ask for your Riot password, chat logs, or a personal-data archive.

Saiki is not endorsed by Riot Games and does not reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

6. Free report and Deep Report purchase

The free report provides the self-report values and, when match data exists, one unlocked experimental gameplay indicator. The Deep Report is a one-time purchase for the account that unlocks all current gameplay indicators, the numerical gap view, Strategic Play, an AI-generated narrative, and available Evolution history.

The current displayed price is €6.99. The checkout page shows the price, currency, and any applicable tax before payment. Deep Report is not a subscription. Payment does not improve or validate the underlying measures.

Stripe processes checkout. Access is granted after Saiki confirms a paid session or receives the payment webhook. If payment succeeds but access remains locked, contact support@saiki.lol with the account email and Stripe receipt identifier. Do not send card details.

7. Withdrawal, refunds, and conformity

Mandatory consumer rights apply. For eligible distance contracts in the European Union, a 14-day right of withdrawal generally applies unless a lawful exception has been activated with the required express request and acknowledgement. Saiki does not remove that right merely through these terms.

To request withdrawal, a refund, or a remedy for digital content that is unavailable, defective, or not as described, email legal@saiki.lol with the account email and purchase date. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights relating to withdrawal, conformity, refunds, damages, or unfair contract terms.

8. AI-generated narrative

The paid narrative is generated from the supplied self-report values, experimental gameplay indicators, numerical gaps, and Strategic Play fields. It can be incomplete, repetitive, or wrong. It does not independently inspect your matches, verify a trait, or replace qualified advice. Do not rely on it for a consequential decision.

9. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for protecting access to your Saiki account and for activity performed through it. You must not:

  • break applicable law or third-party rights;
  • probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass security or access controls;
  • automate access or scrape the service without written permission;
  • misrepresent Saiki results as clinical, validated, or suitable for a consequential decision;
  • use a report to harass, discriminate against, or profile another person;
  • submit identifiers or personal data you are not entitled to use.

10. Intellectual property and third-party rights

Saiki's original software, interface, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Riot Games materials and the HEXACO inventory remain subject to their respective owners' rights and permissions. These terms do not grant you rights in third-party materials.

You may use your report for personal, non-commercial reflection. You may not reproduce the questionnaire, extract the service's source data, or resell reports or access.

11. Privacy and account controls

The Privacy Policy describes the controller, purposes, legal bases, recipients, transfers, retention, and rights. Account controls provide data export and deletion for data held by Saiki. Deleting a Saiki account does not delete a Riot account or Riot's records.

12. Availability and changes

Saiki may change, suspend, or discontinue a feature for security, legal, API, maintenance, or product reasons. We may suspend access for a material breach of these terms, misuse, fraud, or a security threat. Where law requires notice or a remedy for paid digital content, those rights prevail.

13. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that rule, Saiki is not responsible for a decision made contrary to the stated personal-reflection purpose, for Riot API unavailability, or for loss caused by information or credentials you submit unlawfully or insecurely.

14. Governing law and disputes

Spanish law governs these terms, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Courts are determined by applicable procedural and consumer law. These terms do not force a consumer to litigate only in Bilbao where such a clause would be unenforceable.

15. Changes to terms

Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate. Updated terms apply prospectively from their stated date. If a change requires new consent, Saiki will request it rather than treating silence as agreement.
